Paraformaldehyde is one of the most commonly used fixatives in immunohistochemical (IHC) and immunocytochemical (ICC) studies.
The fixative is relatively mild, can well preserve the antigenicity and fine structure of tissue, is suitable for long-term preservation of tissue specimens and cell sheets, and is very suitable for light microscopy immunochemical research of tissue and cells.
Process indicators of Paraformaldehyde:
PRESSURE:
1. The vacuum degree of vacuum pump inlet is not less than 0.096MP.
2. The vacuum degree of the reactor is not less than 0.092MPa.
3. The vacuum degree of the concentrated water washing box is not less than 0.094MPa.
4. The vacuum degree of the drying and washing box is not less than 0.090MPa.
5. The evaporation pressure of the scraper is less than or equal to 0.35MPa.
6. The steam pressure of the dryer jacket is less than or equal to 0.5MPa.
7. The water pressure on each condenser is greater than 0.2MPa.
8. The outlet pressure of the upper liquid pump of the washing tower is greater than or equal to 0.3MPa.
9. The steam pressure of the external network is greater than or equal to 0.5MPa
TEMPERATURE:
1. The condenser outlet temperature (gas) is less than or equal to 35.
2. The temperature in the reactor is 60-65.
3. The temperature of the tower kettle of the absorption tower is less than or equal to 80°C.
4. The temperature of the motor is less than 60°C.
