Melamine Production Process

1. Urea dissolution: use steam to heat the granular urea, turn it into a liquid state, and flow to the storage tank by itself.

2. Liquid urine circulation: Liquid urine is circulated between the storage tank and the washing tower to wash the process gas and provide power for the reactor feed.

3. Triamine generation: Anhydrous urea is heated and reacted by molten salt under the action of a catalyst to generate gaseous triamine, which is cooled by the guiding liquid and filtered by a filter and then enters the crystallizer. After gas-solid separation, the finished triamine is obtained.

4. Circulation of process gas: The process gas after separation of melamine enters the washing tower after being pressed by the air-conditioning fan, and after washing and cooling with circulating liquid and urine, the unreacted urea and unseparated melamine are recovered, and most of the gas enters the crystallizer to promote The crystallization of triamine gas; a small part enters the tail gas absorption tower; the rest of the gas enters the reactor after being pressurized by the carrier gas compressor.

Storage Precautions

1. It should be stored in a cool, ventilated warehouse.

2. Keep away from fire and heat sources.

3. It should be stored separately from oxidants and acids, and avoid mixed storage.
